A few things you might wonder
When does my first letter ship?
We send letters within the first week of each month. If you subscribe before the cutoff date, you'll receive that month's letter. Otherwise, your first letter ships the following month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no commitments — you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal. No questions asked.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship both within the U.S. and internationally. Additional postage may apply for international addresses.
What if I don't love something in my letter?
We put so much love into every letter, but if something isn't right, please reach out. We're a small, personal operation and we genuinely want you to be happy.
